Located on the south side of Hebei Avenue and the junction of Hebei Avenue and Wenhua Road, Haigang District, Qinhuangdao, Hebei Province, the PRC, Tesco Lifespace, QinHuangDao, is a 4-storey, 2-basement retail mall which offers 30,567 square metres of leaseable retail space. Opened on 15 January 2010, the mall registered an occupancy rate of 89.7% as at 31 March 2013.
